Excel: Finding latest value in multiple columns that meets criteria and is bigger than 0

Trying to figure this one out, but haven't succeeded yet. I want to find the latest value in two columns (B and F) with some columns in between that match a criteria and the value must be bigger than 0. Below, the criteria is B15 and the result should be 170 in cell D15. Hope someone can help me with this, because the columns in between and the empty row are killing me.

A B C D E F
A 110 111 222 A 110
B 120 112 222 C 120
C 130 113 223 B 130
A 140 114 224 C 140
B 150 115 225 A 150

C 160 116 226 B 180
A 115 117 227 C 170
B 125 118 228 A 180
C 135 119 229 B 170
A 0 120 220 C 0
B 0 121 222 B 0
C 0 122 222 A 0

Latest B is 170
