When I run CF, it only highlights the cell that contains my words. How do I get Excel to highlight the entire row?

Excel Facts

Copy PDF to Excel
Select data in PDF. Paste to Microsoft Word. Copy from Word and paste to Excel.
What column is the value "reviewed" found in? Also what is the range of the whole table? For example, A2:F90.

Column B contains the "reveiwed" text. The table is A2:F30.

Try highlighting all of the table starting from A2, and use the "Use a formula to determine which cells to format" option. Then in the formula bar use this formula:

=$B2="reviewed"

(untested but should work)

Edit: I should note that your "reveiwed" appears to be spelled wrong. Assuming that's a typo here, there shouldn't be any problem, but if it's spelled that way on your worksheet you will need to change the spelling, or change the formula.

That only highlights the cell containing the work reviewed. it does not highlight the row.

Did you highlight the whole table before entering the formula? Also, make sure to clear any prior rules.
