Hello, THE GREAT MrExcel!
First, i'm bad in mathematics(english too). I need check columns B and E, imports, E column is acctualy on another sheet. In E column there sometimes will be import minus export(to Donald, Obama, Jelzin..), There is the problem, I have to write that import as 60 litres because of that imediate export; so, how to check is quantity of E=B? There will be large amount of data, they might not be in same rows. I need some formula based on those columns Sums.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
Try this.. You can adjust the range as per your requirement. The below formula will return true if the total of Column B and E are equal.
=Sum(E4:E10)=Sum(B4:B10)

Nope! It's not that simple. Maybe my question is impossible. E column has 170 litres, in B col are imports as by paper, 100 Litres. I need somehow, import 300 minus imports(E) 170, minus export 220 minus startQuantity.... ughh I don't know.....

I don't think the formula is impossible I think you are just struggling to explain your requirements.
Guessing here but the below would return true based on your image (there is an extra 100 in column C in your file?).

=SUM(B3:B10)-SUM(E3:E10)-B3=SUM(B3:B10)-SUM(C3:C10)

I am struggling.
I have Start quantity of 50 litres. Import is 300 litres, Export can be 300 + 50=350 litres. So i have to compare B & E column, Usually in E column are values from import or import minus export. It's complicated!

If B & E columns are null(zeroes), Export can be up to 50 litres, because 50 Start quantity.

Ok, to try and understand better with the table below list the 2 comparison figures you are using, literally just the figures i.e.

Comparison 1
+50
+100
+100
+100

Comparison 2
+40
+40
+60
+100
-50

Excel Workbook
ABCDE
2*IMPORTEXPORT*IMPORT's
3START quantity:50***
4*10040*40
5*10040*40
6*10050*60
7**30*100
8**60**
9*****
10*****
11*350220**
12*300**240
Sheet1

Your question is not impossible, list the 2 sets of comparison values as I requested.

Yes it is. I simply cannot find the way how to sum those ObamaTrumpJelzin litres from C(export) column, and sum them with E column, and check that with B column. :(

Can you post the values as requested, I haven't asked you to post or test any formulas, just to post the values that would make the 2 sets to be compared based on the table in post #6 (putting a + or - depending if they are added or subtracted), you must know how you do this manually so you should be able to list the values you use.
