Hey some more tips from that Orlando seminar that held last week.
First one is from arthur who talked about what commands you'd like to see on the quick access toolbar.
So we'll customize quick access toolbar and arthur pointed out that there is under All Commands a setting called Close all and so that's one that I didn't usually have on my quick access toolbar.
But I started using it that day, and it was a great improvement.
So close all you know you accumulate files that open throughout the day.
Close all will let you just say all right I want to keep excel open, but close them all.
The other great suggestion was to add the switch windows So on the View tab right click Switch windows Add to Auick Access Toolbar and we now have no matter what tab we're on we have a quick way to switch to a specific window.
Ofcourse if you just have to open control tab would take you between the open windows but I thought that was an interesting Interesting way to go. So a couple of icons to add to your quick access toolbar.
Close all you have to find that in the All Commands list Switch Windows is easy enough to find on the View tab. Just right click and add it to your quick access toolbar.
