Excel Copy a formula down that skips rows.

I am struggling with a simple formula that will not copy down when I drag it. The formula in I2 is =HYPERLINK($B12,$B12). I want to copy down ten rows. But when I copy down I need the formula to skip 12 rows in column B so that that I3 =HPYPERLINK($B24,$B24), I4=HYPERLINK($B36,$B36), etc.
